During the social orientation classes, you will meet other newcomers who speak your language and have the same questions.

We provide (online) courses and personal guidance in your own language.

You can participate in a course when it suits you. We take your work and family situation into account. Classes take place during the day, in the evening or at weekends.

Many of our teachers and counsellors speak your language and once followed the civic integration programme themselves. Based on their experience, they now help other integrators.

We have around 70 points of contact, so you can always find us nearby. If you’re following an online course, you can even do that from home.

If you successfully complete the programme, you will receive a civic integration certificate. This can help you to acquire Belgian nationality.

You will get help with the recognition of your diplomas or with legal issues, for example related to your residence status, your asylum procedure or your wish to become a Belgian national.

Together with you, we will look at how you can develop a network in your area. Maybe you want to go out with a buddy, take up a new hobby or help out in an organisation?
